We strongly believe that every child should have equal opporunities, especially when it comes to staying active and having fun! Powderhounds Adaptive Snow Sports is one of the incredible organizations that strives to provide that very opportunity.
Powderhounds Adaptive Snowsports (PAS) offers unique skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing opportunities for individuals with physical, cognitive, and sensory challenges at Big White Ski Resort. Their program consists of a team of certified volunteer instructors who are trained to be innovative and creative in adapting teaching methods for our students. Whether their students are stand-up skiers/snowboarders or sit skiers, they are prepared to “see the ability” and adapt to their needs.
