The holiday season has come and gone, but the impact this campaign had will last all year long. This past Christmas, Cap’s Bicycle Shop hosted a fundraiser selling one-of-a-kind, hand painted Christmas ornaments by local artist Hillary Morris. 100% of sales from the ornaments went directly to CKNW Kids’ Fund in supporting families who need it most.
The response to the campaign was an overwhelming success, and we’re excited to announce that over $10,000 was raised this holiday season. Funds raised from ornament sales allowed us to provide families across British Columbia with the financial support and specialized medical equipment they need in hope of making their holiday season a little more merry and bright.
